Returns

We accept return requests within 7 days of the delivery date, provided that:

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact.

  • A valid proof of purchase or order number is provided.

Items that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are generally not eligible for return unless they are damaged, defective, or incorrect:

  • Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery.

  • Items without original tags or packaging.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the product. We will review your request and arrange an appropriate resolution.

Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

  • Processing time may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.

Shipping charges (if any) are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective/incorrect product.

Exchange Policy
